Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback, supplying necessary materials, content, credentials, and assets, ensuring they have rights to any content provided to us, and making payments as per the agreed schedule. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect project timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. RewebTech retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a separate NDA or confidentiality agreement prohibits this. Third-party libraries and open-source components used in projects are subject to their respective licenses.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the individual project proposal or contract. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestones. Late payments may result in work being paused. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the terms in the specific project agreement.
6. Confidentiality
RewebTech treats all client information as confidential. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for sensitive projects. We will not share your project details, business information, or proprietary data with third parties without your explicit consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
RewebTech's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from websites or applications we build.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, transmit harmful or malicious content, scrape or copy our website content without permission, or use our website in a way that could damage or impair its availability.
